First Study Steps is an informational website about clinical research participation. It exists for people who have never taken part in a study and want to understand the process before deciding anything.
It is not a clinic, research site, sponsor, contract research organization, or medical provider. It does not screen volunteers, enroll anyone, or give medical advice. Enrollment decisions always happen between you and the research team running a study.
