First Study Steps is a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this policy refer to Clinical Relay LLC operating under the First Study Steps name.

• Subscription details, such as your name, email address, the SMS categories you select, and, when you select an SMS category, your mobile phone number.

SMS communications

Text messaging is optional. The First Study Steps SMS program covers account notifications about relevant study opportunities and requested informational resources for people learning about clinical research participation. The available categories are:

• Account notifications. Varies based on account activity.
• Marketing messages. Generally up to 4 messages per month.

Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are used only to deliver the message categories you selected and to honor opt-out requests. Service providers that help us deliver messages may process this information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics
